Allah (God) Cannot Direct Injustice

To my believe Allah (God) never allowed injustice by killing of people just because they do not have the same belief as they.
Here is something that indicates that the original Bible had been changed as mentioned in Qur’aan.

QUR’AAN
Allah (God) forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah (God) loveth those who are just.
